I try to change the environment when I can by doing post-conference in different places. This gives the students an opportunity to see possible employment opportunities.

I feel it is important that students realize they have to be flexible in adapting to enviromental changes when working with the public such as in the medical field. Needs change and they have to be flexible and go with those changes.
its also important to show students that there are many environments that they will be entering and adapting is key
