I like this conection. I will ue that to revamp my grading rubric. It also will tie in with the syllabus for more meaningful documentation. Soemtimes studnets glossover all that paper and pay little attention to it.
I agree. Having clear objectives helps the students comprehend where we are headed as a class and how to get there. In turn, when grading, I use rubrics that break down the assignments by each objective and gives them feedback on how they achieved.
