PLANNING AND PREPARATION
I HAVE BEEN FINDING IT A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO GATHER ALL THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION WITH WORKING A FULL TIME JOB 10 HOURS DAYS ON TOP OF TEACHING PARTIME. HOWEVER,IT HAS BEEN GREAT FEED BACK FROM THE STUDENT WHO RECOGNIZE THE HARD WORK BEING PUT INTO THEIR STUDIES TO PREPARE THEM FOR THE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
If you find time during your nonworking and nonteaching time to organize your material for the week you will have better experiences with your students. It also sets an example for the students of time management since many of the students work a full time job and go to school. This is a more important type of example to create for the students rather than showing the student how hectic the work week can be.
Hi Mahnaz,
You make a good point about setting a good example for students. By being prepared and they seeing what the results of being organized are they will start to incorporate these same strategies in their career preparations.

Planning and being prepared for the class is very important, It will make the instructor feel more comfortable and in control, as well as showing the student that you care about their studies. I beleive it can also set a good example for the student.
