Preparing to Teach
I have found that the sooner I begin to plan for an upcoming class the more relaxed and enthusiastic I am. I look forward to applying new techniques that I have observed from other instructors. One is never too old to learn new methods and then apply them effectively. There is not one day that goes by that I do not learn something new. I particularly like the section on the syllabus. What great and applicable ideas.

Your plan must work because your students love you and you always look like you are having fun! I agree with your idea regarding being prepared. The more I prepare, the more relaxed I am, and that passes on to the students.
