Active Learning

Adults need to be actively involved in the learning process.

This is absolutely true. Active involvement tends to stifle boredom--students who have a chance to be actively engaged are more likely to use it to their advantage. It keeps them interested and awake!

I agree. The application of material should be presented in a way that is both interactive and delivered in a way that displays the application of it in a real world setting.

I whole heartedly agree with this concept because the student is the main beneficiary of the learning; and, to become proficient; they must take an active role in their education.

Most definitely. Adults that are included tend to feel a better sense of accomplishment and become better engaged in actively learning the material.
