Planning and Preparation
The 6Ps expresses it best-purposeful prior planning prevents poor performance. By this the instructor is connected to the course material as well as to the needs of the students in relation to their learning styles. Planning and Preparation also aides in determining when to appropriately implement supplemental material that will keep the students abreast of their selected career field.

When i have students with different learning abilities and levels in one class i keep discussions to the center and often ask things to stimulate higher levels and at the same time keeping the least intrested motivated
Planning and preparation keeps me student and goal focused. I have students with different learning styles in each class and this helps me to prepare to educate them with a combination of teaching styles that will facilitate participation and learning.
