Importance of Learning Environment
Learning environment is one of the factors critical to students' success in the classroom. When students feel comfortable, they are more likely to share and communicate with their instructor and peers, therefore their learning experience is more productive. On the other hand, when students are anxious, they are more likely to be quite, day dream and skip classes. As the result, their are more likely to fail in the course.

I found similar situations in my class as well. I have students of all differnet experiece and skill levels. Thankfully due to our class and work floor environment all my students are able to interact with each other,myself as instructor, and the clients they work with in a safe, comfortable, professional setting.
This is especially true in my classes. I teach in a tech school where my students are many different races and speak many languages. I find creating a comfortable safe environment encourages questions and growth.
