Be prepared and also have a back up , just in case things dont go your way.

Right you are because we are the learning leaders for our students. Also, we need to model the behaviors and attitude we expect of our students. We are setting the standard for performance in our classes.

I feel that as an Instructor we also need to be leaders,this means ready and prepared at all times, weather it is being on time for class to having all of our information and materials ready. We have to be focused and organized at all times.

You always have to have a back up. Sometimes we depend too much on technology....that doesn't always work when it is need to work in the clasroom

So true. Seems like very class I teach has one of these problems pop up and then I go to Plan B or D or E, etc. So you can't be too prepared because you never know what will occur.

You must always be prepared for something to go wrong. If the computers go down, power point doesn't work, copier broken, etc. Always have a back -up plan so you will still be able to run the class.

So important. In teaching it seems like Plan A never works so there must always be a Plan B or C if you are going to be successful.
