This is what leadership should be perceived as and associated with in terms of how to work with individuals and get them focused on the goals of the organization in which they are working. A leader helps the workers to see the mission of the work and how to be a part of the mission. Good way to develop future leaders.

Taking a management role is more than just telling people what to do. Anyone can tell another person or a group of people what to do, but it does not necessarly mean they will comply. Being a manager takes leadership skills. In order to be a leader you have to have followers. And to be an effective leader, you must have followers who want to follow you. A good way to be a good leader is through having the knowlege and skills needed for your subject. Prepreation and being technologcally savy interests others and they are more willing to follow a manager who is in comand of their subject and envioroment.
