If you demonstrate to your class that you are happy to be there and love what you are doing they will become enthusiastic also, it's infectious.
I believe enthusiasm in what your subject mater is has a carry over effect that students will see and make a part of the class.
If you love what you do, show it!! It will hold the student's attention and modivate them to love what YOU do too.
Students enroll in career based education so they have a choice in their career - this choice should include enjoyment of the field.
When relating to students that you have a great deal of enthusiasm for what you are teaching, it can be contagious. Have fun with what you are demonstrating or teaching, and they will normally take a positive forward motion towards learning.
