Has Anyone read "Teach Like a Champion"?
This is a seriously fantastic book with tons of strategies. I have used multiple strategies with much success in my room, even when I thought, this will never work (I'm teaching adults and the book is geared toward K-12), many of them did work! I would encourage anyone with an interest in improving their teaching to pick up a copy! I got mine on my e-reader so I have it handy.
Being professional and competent is key... also it is imperative for one to know they (instructors) do have all the answer. However, exploration with student input facilitates the process.
