Motivation
I feel this module helps me to understand my role as a instructor and how I can keep the students motivated and myself too.
Motivation is within each of us. The student feels your excitement for the class and reacts with positive motivation. The first day is so important, it sets the stage for the rest of the course. Students want to know you love the course material, you know the material, and you will be fair. Then they will learn, willingly.
