does anyone have any new ideas on how to reward for perfect attendance?
Certificates are given at the end of each module to my students aswell.

Giving all those that have prefect attendance a ice cream party.
The certificate is a good idea. I will try that next quarter. I think student absence is one of the greatest problems that I have faced, both in public school and now college. What happens when they get jobs?

I suggest $5 gift card or even a certificate in the end of the quarter for perfect attendance which they can use it for their Resume. Trust me it helps.

Hi Rebecca,
I have a snack party and let the students with perfect attendance select the snacks they want. I also make a big deal about their attendance in relation to hiring potential, as good attendance is a part of having a successful career. I talk a lot to my students about "branding" themselves which means they set themselves apart as being high end potential employees. They like hearing this when we have the snack party.
