At Ease

When meeting your students for the first time you should be at ease so they will feel at ease about you.

Being well prepared with the 13 items for teachin gon the firsdt day will provided a clear and concise plan that shoujld enable me to arrive with confidence.
Greeting the students at the door before class, with a smile and introduction, should help break the fear barriers that most students have on the first day of class.
Show and demonstrate warm and compassion and enthusiam/passion about Baking.

being at ease shows confidence, being tense, anxious looks to the student that the instructor is unsure of his/her self

Whenever I started a new college cousre, I appreciated an instructor who was accessible and approachable. It set the tone for the beginning of the class.
