know that u as an instructor should come with more than one way of teaching a lesson.
As an istrcutor you are aware that there are different learning styles that you must go over in order to reach all of the students that may be sitting in your classroom. For example, some students can learn well by simply listening to a lecture. While others need much more of a hands on approach. Knowing this, I always come to class with not only lecture materials, but handouts, and class discussion topics that will allow for all the learning approaches to be covered for all the most important topics.
