Making a Positive First Statement
We have all been members of a class in which the instructor rushes in last minute and leaves immediately as th class is over. As a student this diminishes your learning experience and sets a class expectation that dedication is not valued nor rewarded in that particular class.

Give your self time to be in the class early and stay few minutes after. This behavior shows your student that you care about them.

This is a good example of an instructor that is not well organized and focused on being student centered. I never felt a connection with such an instructor and I determined that I would not be like that individual.
