What is a good number of demonstrations to give at one class time

What is the ideal number of demos to give

Hi Gregg,
Great! Let me know how this works out for you.
Gary

Yes I am going to figure out a way to run the
SEE ONE, DO ONE, TEACH ONE this week

Hi John,
Correct you are. Students like to see demonstrations of what they are expected to learn. The tell, see, apply model works well with students. They can see relevancy to what you are teaching them by using such a model.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Demonstrating an idea is an excellant means to support discussion. If the topic being covered is lengthy, a demonstration provides a great change of state.

It depends on how complex course content is you may have to ad demos, that depends how well students grasp information!

Hi Larice,
There isn't a set number of demonstrations that should be given. The number depends on the course content and how you are teaching it. Demonstrations should be done when you are illustrating a point and showing students how they can develop competence and skill.
