Hi, Tom! Ensuring a positive environment inside the class is great support to ensure a good learning experience. :-) What types of things do you do to create that positive environment?
Do you prefer a lot of focused interaction between the students? I like to get students involved in small group activities and then have them present different aspects of a concept, each group taking one part of the concept. It is fun to see how it all comes together.
