HANDLING SEVERAL DIFFERNT TYPES OF STUDENTS THAT REQUIRE DIFFERENT WAYS OF LEARNING, I PLAN A LESSON AND TAKE MY TIME TO INDIVIDUALIZE A LEARNING PLAN FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL.
WHEN IT COME TO BEING ORGANIZED AND MANGING MY TIME, I FEEL I NEED TO STUDY THE REQUIRED LESSONS JUST AS THE STUDENTS SO THAT I FEEL ORGANIZED AND ASURE OF MYSELF WHEN PROVIDING INFORMATION TEACHING TO STUDENTS.

Yes - there needs to be discussion and breaks in the lecture but you have to manage your time to complete the course content.
