The Best Way to Hyper learning
I think this tyoe of style is hard for some adults. Though I have taught this style in the past, I feel repeating the lab procedure several times over the course of months is much better for the student.
One thing I do is use a product called captivate that lets me create interactive presentations and then I narrate them. Worth the investment.
Do you have the page Number and diagrams to reference to in youir lecture. I would post a power point or use black board to give step wise demonstrations.

You can appeal to the learning preferences of your visual learners by using video or YouTube clips. Also through discussion groups you appeal to the different ways students want to interact with other students. Online courses really challenge instructors in terms of being able to offer instruction in different modes.

I am teaching online and am really baffled as to how I can reach my students who are other than auditory learners. Do you have any suggestions or is this just something that my students who sign up for online classes must deal with? I do not have the ability to do demonstrations or show pictures.
