Lesson Plans
The most important activity that the teacher must do, is a good lesson plan, because with this activity the teacher can perform the class more clear and falow step by step all the class objective
I agree. A lesson plan is very important. It also gives the students a heads up as to what will be covered. I think this eases anxiety for the students.
I agree. A well thought-out lesson plan is essential. I also like the idea of taking notes just after the class, to remember what worked (and what didn't), to be able to revise and improve that plan for the future.
I agree totally that making good, detailed lesson plans is beneficial not only to the instructor, but in the case that someone would cover your class that does not know the content very well. That way, the content can be covered in the way that you want it to be covered, and you will not miss any content with your students.
Also, making a detailed lesson plan immediately before or after teaching a class makes you feel more prepared or allows you to reflect upon changes you would like to make to your curiculum or delivery of your lessons.
