Incorporate sound, pictures, movement and words into a PowerPoint presentation, and a lab activity to hit all learning styles.

By offering a variety of activities throughout the instructional process. When using PPs you can use graphics, color, sound and text in addition to having the students writing down key points on a handout that is structured in the guided notes format. This way you are appealing to the senses plus the cognitive processing methods of the students.
