Get Your Students Hired
When delivering a lecture, is it recommended to pause from the lecture after 15 min to recapture the attention of the students?
During each topic I take a 15 to 20 minutes discussion questions from student. Most student will ask me to allow them to answer their peers question. I add it any missing gap. Than continue with the lecture.
I feel that after a certain time, give them a chance to think about what was said, then receive a response. This way you know who is paying attention.
