Teaching and motivation of your students
It is important to have experience to aid in your teaching. Otherwise, its just textbook knowledge in theory alone. I use my experience and visual aids to help my students learn better and to help encourage a successful completion of the class.
its important to be your students motivation, the more you motivate them the more they engage in learning activities.
In an attempt to motivate them, I talk to my students as if there is no question that they will graduate with the degree they are seeking. I say when you use this in practice, or how will you handle this situation, or what do you prefer during this procedure. I think it gets across that I'm invested and believe that they can achieve the degree. In turn, they seem to stay involved.
