Organizational Tools
Organizational tools are crucial to the success of a restaurant. If a chef cant stay organized, how do we make money? Whether through use of notebooks, haccp plans or even a notebook with preferred vendors, we must organize ourselves to remain profitable.
ORGANIzATION is key! The more organized I am the better my day goes, and I am able to stay on task. I also find it is a good way to keep my anxiety in check. I use to do list to help with this. I put the tasks in order of most important and things that could wait until tomrrow. I have found that this helps me to stay on task and also realize that it is okay to wait until tomrrow. Because you can over organize yourself:)

Yep...I'm a notetaker, checklist maker, highlighter, calender reminder setter; brainstormer, make lists of goals and lists of objectives to achieve goals, make timelines/prioritize, post-it-noter, 3x5 carder, file folder organizer, designated "spot" for needed items, analyzer, need I say more? lol
