PowerPoint presentations is a useful tool to delivery cours content. This highlights the important facts from the textbook as well as keep you focus to move through lectures smoothly.
Powerpoint presentations are used quite alot at our facility.
But they must be preread and corrected if mistakes are found. And if the powerpoints are not up to date with changing codes or laws, this can be a problem with students who currently work in the field.
Also, the lectures/ powerpoints should not drag on for hours, and note taking for the student is the best way for them to learn the subject at hand.
