Delivering Course Content

You need to be able to do this more then one way do to everyone learns differently.

I agree with having different ways of delivering assigned material for the fact of every student is different which mean every student has different learning ability. I feel if finding that one way of getting the entire classroom participating in learning the material being presented is a great start.

John,
See, learn and then apply. Through these different formats you are offering repetition of content in a way that helps the students to internalize the needed information and then apply it. This greatly increases the retention factor for the students.

When teaching Motion Graphics I will describe the task, show a step by step procedure to get the desire results, and the I'll show a video where it has been used. Then I will show a video from Digital Tutors, Lynda.com, or Total training showing the same procedure. The require the student to preform it as all.

Claudia,
Students like change of pace and variety in their instructional delivery and you are providing both with your approach. This will increase the engagement of your students in relation to the content being offered.
