Keeping the class and content interesting
Depending on the particular industry, using a mixture of delivery methods is important to get the message across. I find that in my industry these 3 particular methods (demonstration, problem solving,& video tapes) gets students excited and foster a question and answer session at the end of the class.

In one of my courses the industry is constantly evolving as new research is done, so I bring in current research and articles about current, and when possible, controversial, topics as reading assignments.

Good triad of delivery. These three engage students in a variety of ways and they get to use their different learning preferences and that leads to enhanced learning.
