students from all over the world, i've encountered a variaty of styles
I'm an instructor at a culinary college, where there is a large majority of kinestetic learners. Currently, I'm looking for a way to help my students absorb more of the theory material other than power points which are already used to focus on the important material presented in the demonstration. The powerpoints are used as a review at the end of each class, in order to highlight the important points of the days demonstration.
Any ideas?
