Learning
No matter how my students learn, I always have them explain to me what they did. I feel this reinforces what they did, and gives them confidence in their ability to do this task the next time. As for teaching to different types of learners, it is my job to find out how they learn best and to educate them from there.
I agree with Stephen, I use a very similar method or reinforcement.
After I show or explain to my students how to do something I have them show it or explain it to another student. They enjoy this technique and get to use different styles of learning in the prossess.
