i feel it is very important to be able to select proper material and tests in order to properly assess the the knowledge of the students in order to prepare them in there growing experence
I really enjoy seeing our kinesthetic students ( who were usually subjected to lecture in high school) really get excited when they experience "hands-on" learning.
Students have different ways of learning and processing information. It is very important to be able to integrate multiple methods in the classroom to try to adhere to these different learning styles. I try to integrate visual, auditory and kinestetic activities into my classroom. It is difficult to do at times, but we lose many students attention and retention when we rely on straight lecture
Hi Billy- thats exactly how to teach to all the learning styles - well done! You may not address every style in every lesson, but keeping that goal in mind you will overall reach each student's learning style.
When working with people that have different learning style,I present the material in several forms,reading, showing and bringing in real life situations when appliciable.
When teaching I try and incorporate all learning styles to the classroom.
Yes, I agree. You can not paint everyone with the same learning brush. We all learn in different ways and a good teacher will do their best to incorporate all types of learning styles.
