science and art -sub divisions

Is there a realation or sub division of styles of learning to the science- art of the brain?

I think what you are asking is if the old myth about left-brain, right-brain people and the so-called correspondence to being better at learning formal facts and figures (what you mean by science) versus emotive and conceptual matters (art) have sub categories.

The kinds of minds work suggests that this belief about the two lobes commits Alfred North Whitehead's fallacy of misplaced concreteness. That is, that the mere correlation between two apparent general tendencies is not evidence of causation.

That said, there are more detailed analyses of brain function that suggest specific predlictions -- for example, color blind students don't do well in interior design, while dyslexic students learn sculpture and architecture very well.
