kinesthetic learners
As a massage therapy instructor, I feel that the majority of my students are kinesthetic learners in the hands-on environment because they prefer to manipulate in order to learn.
I see this too that our massage students tend to be kinesthetic learners, but I also see a large amount of visual learners, that want to first see the technique done.
As an instructor who teaches music recording and mixing, we use mostly kinesthetic methods as there is no other way to learn the equipment. Still, some directed discussion about what your going to attempt (either visually or aurally) will go a long way in keeping the clients happy.
