Learning STyles
I think I am able to approach most learning styles effectively because I learn in multiple ways
I agree. When teaching I try to use a variety of styles to help the student learn the material, Ie- lecture, powerpoints, pictures and kinesthetic.

It's very beneficial to be familiar with your own preferred learning styles. I also have many learning styles. The content or learning material plays a role in my learning style. Also my interest in the material makes a difference. For example, if I am learning about a new recipie I enjoy reading the recipe (visual), but I also need to have the kinesics learning style as well: I will learn best if I can actually cook the recipe I am reading.
Being aware of our own learing styles helps us to appreciate our students successes and challenges in the classroom.
