
Some students have machines that interpret for them and translate the environment into something they can understand.
The auditorial and visual skills aren't used so kinesthestic and posssible braille would be a choice. I would recommend an instructor who specialitized in those learing styles or a blind/hearing impaired instructor
You have to be able to adapt at any given moment to the learning styles of any student no matter what there impairment is.
Hi Sean - I am not sure what State you are in but most states have programs that will pair specially trained teaching assistants who can work with the classroom instructor to teach the student. I would check with your state's Dept of Education to find out what assistance is available. This is not something you can handle alone. Best wishes - Susan
