Absolutely, I agree that the different backgrounds and ability in the classrom is to the teachers advantage. It helps them pull different experiences from the students and helps others learn from them.
I couldn't agree more. The environment can influence our learning styles. They can actually develop or diminish depending on the accommodations provided.
