Learning Styles
After completing the first lesson, I believe I can do a better job assessing the learning styles of my students when they begin in the program. This will allow myself and other faculty to provide instruction to the students in a manner that will accomodate all of the different types of learners.

After the first lesson is usually the best time for an instructor to evaluate students' learning capability. Students learn at a different pace and this is an opportunity for an instructor to pinpoint the ones who need extra help or tutoring eihter peer tutoring or instructor tutoring. This information could be passed on to other instructors so they could extend the same assistance to students who need help.
