Learning Styles
For my lectures, I usually try incorporating group lessons at the end of an assignment not only to reinforce the lesson, but it allows presentations to be individualized into his/her preferred learning style.

I try to use a variety of delivery methods as often as possible in order to cater to the different learning styles.
I also do this from time to time. I think putting the information together in all forms, kind of covers the materials for all learners.

I try to us a variety of teaching techniques: powerpoints for the visual learners, lecture for the auditory learners, partner discussion for the interpersonal learners, computer assisted lessons for the technology driven learners.
In my class, I lecture with powerpoint presentation, along with giving handouts on the subject and having them follow along in their text books. When lecture is over, we go into the lab to practice what we talked about that day.
