Asking questions
It's great when students feel comfortable asking questions in class. We, as instructors should make sure that we presenting questions in a manner that engages class responses.

I do love very much when my students ask me questinons.
I ask them if the do have questions during the lecture or laboratory and I won't move forward before ia sk them questions.
I agree, I like just to lead or start the discussion and allow the students to carry on.
Hi Michael, Yes, when students feel comfortable asking questions we decrease the possibility of confusion and misunderstanding.

My student know they can ask any question and that I won't ignore them. When they ask questions, it challenges me in what I have said, and allows to clarify any misunderstanding that may have led to that student needing to ask a question.
