Managing your discussion
It is important to allow people to interact so that they can allow for their point of view in a discussion.
I would agree that it is very important to allow your students to interact in classroom discussions. This seems to allow the student to become more involved and understand the process better
I agree I too help my students identify there drive for learning is it curiosity or concern for others. I encourage them to apply ethics to things that seem repetitive and boring. There is more to learning than the text.
the soft skills are essential to get along with others in the society to be able to use the skill to do the work in any profession.
proper writting and communication prevents misunderstanding and expresses clarity.
seeing others pointb iof view reduvdes conflict and allow to come to amicable settlement.
moral understanding of situation will encourage and motivate one to higher cause and effects the performance making a person do ones best
or judge the validity of the application /solution to the solve the problem
values and ethics guide ones work ing mannerism based on ones culture and surroundings.
