Creating effective assesments!

Ford doesn't allow us to modify any of the training modules. They have them set the way we're to teach it and that is that!

Being relatively new to classroom teaching, I am always asking myself if my assessments are too easy, just right, or too hard. When compiring what is being used at other campuses in our system, I think that I am sometimes too harsh. Yet when I look at the National Boards quesions, I feel woefully inadequate.

That's too bad. I change my tests as needed with each group of students. Not every group gets exactly the same lecture, we cover the same basic topic, but we have a different lecture.
These lectures pave the way for a successful test later.
