How do you communicate across the curriculum the need to respect college level writing formats?
I think this is a great way to introduce writing formats. It also supplies choices available.

I created an e-newsletter called "Writing Across the Curriculum." I distribute this to all faculty on a quarterly basis. It identifies Rubrics, explains why we do these things, and shows examples.
Hi Mike - Thanks for an excellent question! I think that is essential that all faculty require specific writing formats and that those requirements be written into the grading rubric for every assignment. Best wishes- Susan
