Testing contents
We follow a chapters that are given to us by our managers. We teach students and then give them quizzes and test.
If an instructor uses a standardized test, it is important that he/she follows the text.
We have a set format of multiple choice and true/false on our classroom tests.
But for lab finals, they must identify components and test them for proper operation.
If some are defective they must indicate that, and indicate why. Also, what can cause the defect.

The format I use as a way of keeping grades. The biggest thing is teaching them hands on. Grading hands on as they work in teams, is that each student trys to help each other.
We do the same but the format of the test we give is up to us as teachers. Do you also have that option?
