I feel as though moving around the class and creating an enviornment that is interactive and also intersting enough that the students stay awake and involved.

Hi Francisco!

The continuous learning process is amazing - isn't it and what we learn from each other is equally as amazing? I never feel like I know more than my students - I am simply the facilitator of the learning process and keep us on the learning track sharing my knowledge along the way.

Keep up the good work!

i find that in my field that it changes almost every day that i teach my students that learning is a part of growing up on a dailey bases. WE NEDD TO BELIEVE THAT LEARNIN ENHANCES OUR SRENTH TO CONTINUE OUR PATH TO OUR GOALS.KIM

when i get students like this i try to let them tell me what they have to say. so that i can learn what they have to say. i also let the address the class so they as well can learn.

It also has to do with how you present the material to the students. I like to move around the kitchen trying to get them more involved in the discussion.

I always keep my mind open to new ideas and new trends. When I look back at the people who taught me, the most in my career ,it was the people who were open to new ideas and were still open to learning. This also helps me from feeling down if one of my students asks a question I am unable to answer. I look at it as an opportunity to learn more.
Moving around the class keeps you as an instructor more accessable and connected to all your students.

I agree. Also, one benefit of walking around while lecturing is to keep the audience engaged in the lecture/discussion. This also assists in keeping students that have a short attention span (majority) focused on the material being presented.

also tend to move around the room a-lot, and I will sometimes have different areas of the classroom have the ability to answer/ask questions so it will bring more people into the discussion and class.

Hi Mathew!

It seems that you have a great approach to students, classroom learning and to your own learning as well.

Keep up the good work!
