Just as an aside, are there no plagiarism standards in this online learning environment? ;)

I'm going to need an example of this in order to actually understand what you're saying. Are you saying that you will actually develop them same lesson multiple times, each geared to a different learning m,odality, and allow the students to chose theirs? Does this not multiply your prep time by five and fracture the class into factions with no common goal?

I have found that experience within the class always keeps the class intrested, because they feel that they are getting real world experences passed to them.

Hi Robert!

Thanks for your comments! It makes perfect sense for students to be able to share their professional experiences in class. When students have that opportunity it improves self esteem and enhances learning for other students.

Keep up the good work!

Getting the students involved by letting them choose from a variety of available training methods can generate buy in.

Many of my students are adult learners, and some of them have work experience in the field I am teaching I like to make sure and ask the students to contribute to class discussions, things from their own work experience which can benefit the class.

I agree every class that we teach is different and the students have different learning levels so the teaching techniques of the instructor will change.

I try to question my students as we go along so that i am able to tailor what they are doing in the lab nd what we are discussing in class so that the time im spending instructing is the most effective

It depends on the class and every class will be different so should our teaching techniques.

I agree. it is necessary to find and create various means of student participation, I have also noticed that sometimes whole groups have responded negativly when a method failed.
