I also learned to adjust to different classes. I have had classes that excell in group learning and love games and I have had classes that do better on discussions and individual projects. I love what I teach and I think that goes a long way in forming my classroom dynamic. Another positive way to create a good atmosphere is to be adaptive.

I think thats great and a really important dynamic to pay attention to. I seem to find that when I have different "age groups" of students (for example, my class right now is made up of 18-21 year old students), I have to keep things moving at a fairly quick pace... always have them doing or working on SOMETHING or they tend to get a little lethargic.
