Creating Learning Environment
Without learning environment it is really impossible to proceeed in lecture.
I feel creating a positive learning environment is important to a classroom. Students should feel comfortable asking and answering questions.

I teach in a hospital learning setting and it is difficult to manpulate the environment, but I try to relate teaching to the subject the students are learning in theory, such as assining them to clients related to theory objectives so they may discuss what they learned in theory apply it to clients.
