As an instructor we have to help the students to understand their role and help them to understand our role we have to be positive so they can learn and want to continue with the course.
Positive attitude of an instructor plays a major role in student learning and classroom management.
Because once a student see an instructor in a good teaching mood, they forget all their life issues and start focusing on learning.
