I think as far as learning goes, it is important to realize everyone is different. It is important to see that instructors need to do their part in accomodating in general.So be available for the students in case of any problems, but the teaching should be understandable to all.

As often as is appropriate restructure the materials to be taught so that different learning styles will be addressed. It fascinating to see the Ah moment when student gets the material when you have changed by using a different style.

I agree, so I try to implement different aspects of learning during the lesson. we have lab projects that address the kinesthetic learner, and discussions/class projects which involve the visual and auditory learners.
