funny thing is I can forget something 15 seconds from now, from the kitchen to the walk in. But see someone I haven't seen in years and just remember their name like it was yesterday. Now Transpose the thought...........
This is especially true with highly complex concepts.
I agree. It is easier to remember concepts when we attach stories or pictures. Students will learn more if they see pictures or if you give examples.

yes, compelling stories or pictures are a great way to help people remember concepts. We attach those memories to the item, story, etc.

We all remember where we were on 9-11. Why? It was a pretty dramtic day. By painting a picture of wat you are conveying may make memory of something. Or teach it as an acrony so they can remember it.
